With over 500 clinical hours and a background that bridges psychology and nutrition science, I specialize in helping busy professionals and women 35+ achieve real, sustainable results. My approach blends the science of metabolism repair with the art of personalized coaching—rooted in empathy, structure, and evidence-based nutrition.
Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology, a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and accreditation as a Fast Metabolism Diet Coach, I’ve guided clients toward long-term health and confidence.
A 4-week kickstart plan to reprogram your body to use food as fuel and activate fat burn. You’ll reset meal timing, restore metabolic rhythm, and build a solid foundation for lasting results.
An 8-week ‘metabolic reset’ plan to strengthen your metabolism and improve hormone efficiency. You’ll develop consistency in eating, stress balance, and recovery — learning how to sustain results through real-life routines.
A 12-week ‘advanced program’ for those with unique goals or deeper health needs. Ideal for hormonal imbalances, medical conditions, or athletic performance, this plan provides tailored strategies, detailed monitoring, and hands-on guidance for optimal results.
You’ll be given a plan but I don’t follow a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Your personalized nutrition plan will be customized based on your unique goals, preferences, and health requirements.
There are guidelines on portions but you DO NOT have to count a single calorie in any of the food programs. However, if you prefer more detailed tracking, I can recommend apps and tools that help you stay on track without making it feel like a chore.
I understand that life can get busy! I’ll work with you to create meal plans that are convenient and time-efficient. We can incorporate meal prep strategies, easy-to-make recipes, or even meal replacement options, so you can still achieve your goals without feeling overwhelmed.
Results vary from person to person depending on factors like your goals, commitment, and starting point. Many clients start seeing improvements within the first few weeks, but sustainable results take time and consistency.
